Swiss Dot Tie Neck Ruffle Hem Dress

This dress didn't fit properly. It was kind of snug at the top, and very loose at the bottom. When I move my arms forward it tightened even more; there was hardly any stretch at all. I sent it back for a refund.

It fit as expected, but there was no give room.

It is beautiful.

You could try ordering down a size or two. Not flattering for short women

I tried the dress on and quickly noticed that although the dress seemed to fit otherwise my arms felt as though they were swimming in the sleeves and one sleeved was accidentally double stitched to the bodice creating a fold of material hanging and the neckline shifting. The belt does not have any loops to slide through on the dress so it can shift and the quality of the dress is lacking.
