If you are really looking for a nice “blazer” with shoulder pads this is not it. But if u want to wear a strapless dress to work this is fine. Provides the day time to night transition. More like a cover up/shawl than professional jacket. The shoulder pads are just a waste and offer no value to garment. Lots of nice colors to choose from and true to size

I purchased this for my granddaughter, she has her first job after college. She need something to wear which looks more professional. This jacket met that need. My granddaughter is tiny. She is 5' tall an weighs 85 lbs. She takes an extra small. I purchased this in a small, knowing she would wear tops under it. It fit perfectly. She liked the light weight and that it is washable. She loves the jacket.
