Horrible Customer Service and not the same dress!

I made this purchase before reading all of the horrible reviews online... that turned out to be true! I requested to cancel several times, via phone call and via email. The first cancel request was done THE SAME DAY I placed the order. I never received a phone call back from CS like I was promised 3 times and every time I emailed to cancel, I was told they would just change my dress size. Crazy right?! I then get an email a week later finally acknowledging my cancel request, but only to say they could not cancel because the dress had already shipped. Ridiculous! I receive the dress and it’s the wrong color, wrong material, cheaply made and an overall disappointment. Would have NEVER spent $44 on this $10 dress if I knew this is what would be sent to me. Buyer beware! Stay away!! Complete rip-off!!!
